   Appalling Service. Chose this garage as they had agreed to collect my car for an MOT. Two weeks ago I booked for 16th December, they said they would phone before collection On the day. On the 16th they didn't get in touch so I phoned and all I could only ever get was an answering service so left a message. Even today (17/12) they hadn't even been bothered to get in touch so in the PM I phoned them. They said they had been busy and had had computer problems. What I couldn't get over was their lack of customer care, that they had messed be about appallingly seemed of no consequence, and I realised that had I not phoned them today they wouldn't have ever ever got back to me.

   DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT! I bought a car here which showed a fault code only days after purchase. It has taken over 18 months to resolve whilst my car was left at their garage with no courtesy car! I went through mediation to prove the owner sold the car with the fault and finally got some of my money back!! Mechanics lovely, other staff not. You have been warned!

   Definitely a place to avoid, I was certainly 'regally ripped off' I request service and after 2000 mileage discover no oil left and service was not done at all.....!!!

   Hare Motors Ltd is an outstanding trade seller with excellent customer service. The staff are not your typical salespeople, but rather qualified mechanics who are honest and knowledgeable about cars. I purchased a Seat Leon from them in 2020 and it has been running perfectly. The garage also offers a great return policy with no charge for most issues, providing peace of mind. I highly recommend Hare Motors Ltd to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

   I checked them out in the past, just for their opinion about a malfunction in my car. I was so impressed by how straight forward they were that I decided to take my car there again this time. A coil spring snapped in my car and I took the car there. They provided a friendly, no fuss service. Cheers, guys!
