   What can I say? Absolutely fantastic! Towards the end of a long journey my car broke down with a failed clutch, so had to call the RAC who recommended this garage to be towed to. Upon arrival I was greeted by Simon who was very kind and polite and gave me a very good fixed price for a clutch replacement and a timescale for the work. As my MOT was also due I asked if he would do that and a full service at the same time. He explained that depending on what he might find during the MOT and service there might be further cost but that he would not do any work until I approved it. At noon on the day of the work he called to say the clutch had been replaced and further work was required to pass the MOT. He told me a final total price and asked if I was happy for him to do the work, which I agreed to. He also told me that a full service was not currently required so he did a smaller one that was cheaper for me. Four hours later I got a call to collect the car. When I arrived he was washing the car, which I absolutely did not expect! When it came to paying for the work Simon apologised for quoting me an incorrect final price over the phone - it was actually slightly cheaper! He said that he had made a calculation error - but if his error had been more than he quoted he said he would have honoured the original price! I cannot recommend this garage enough. Simon is totally honest and trustworthy and prices are transparent. I live local but have never used him before. That will be changing in the future! Thank you Simon for such a pleasant experience for what was originally a very traumatic journey for myself, my wife and my dog! ;-)

   Phenomenal service. As an out of area Fleet Management company we had one of our drivers with a coolant leak and requiring roadside assistance. The RAC found this garage and they fixed the significant coolant leak by 3pm today. Thanks to Simon and Chris our driver is able to drive back to Oxfordshire today. Dealers could learn a lot from these guys - Thank You.
