Sorry but I do not recommend this garage. I took in for knocking problem under car, replaced coil springs, still knocking. Rebooked and had to wait till they finished lunch to look at it,promised to order new shockers, but on day they had me standing around, no communication although three men there. Finally told to leave it, walked home which took me half hour. Then recieved call that they had not got part. 213 pound down and still have a car that's knocking. Not happy with laid back,none communication of this company.
OK so my car was booked in for an MOT and service. Turned up for the appointment at 0830 as advised also advertised as the opening time on Google to find them closed. I waited 20 mins still closed. My car is a business needs vehicle which requires a quick turnaround for repairs etc. Why on earth would you take your car to a place like this and expect a good service when they can't even turn up to work and open up on time? In these times running a business is hard enough but that's not a license to provide poor service that impedes upon a customers valuable time and money. I'm not in the game of giving bad feedback but I suspect most of the feedback on here is "loaded". If you own an old runaround I can see why you'd use a garage like this, but think twice if your vehicle is still in warranty and requires specialist care and parts because these are not the guys to entrust it with? Sub standard back street garage nothing more and potentially cost me a morning's worth of valuable work time
First time I’ve used this garage, managed to get me in after ringing first thing in the morning to have my fan belt fitted, all done within 2 hours… fantastic service and cheap in price…. Will definitely be using this garage again
Damsel in distress had an unrepairable flat tyre, fortunately not far from them. Imran immediately to rescue sorted me a tyre at such a reasonable cost, so I could continue on my journey. Excellent

Good workmanship, honest advice and reasonable price. Was recommended by warranty provider and i am happy with the service. Scheduling and communication could be better. But I can understand that they are only a small team and very busy.
Got threatened after had Groupon purchased had to ring police and get out of there dodgy garage don't honour deal I bought two of them more than what mot would cost me nearly smashed my mirror wouldn't even let me talk to manager had my car started for 30 min and mot guy wasn't there apparently they never told him about me coming for mot so when I asked why my car just left running said emission test and guy wasn't there to do it and he did it 30 min after that when he came had my hazard and lights on 20 mins wasn't even being tested will never use these cowboys again only bought the Groupon Sunday valid for four months guy wouldn't even let me talk to boss as guy didn't want to hear it or see it threatened impound my car so I drove off police called me asking me about it said I rang them before I drove off weren't interested but advertise promotion then don't honour them spoke to them in morning booking in mentioned Groupon said ok before mot test even showed it the guy said it's ok and he left and had to deal with another guy who like no cash no car I said I only bought Sunday showing him saying I don't know manager said no wouldn't let me talk to him I wasn't gonna give more money after buying two of these Groupon which is more money that mot charge if it wasn't for them would of gone to my regular professional guy didn't even know of this place or location will never go again so unprofessional trying illegal seizure of my car.
