   Excellent service I recently had the opportunity to work with this auto electrician, and despite a few challenges, I am very satisfied with the service provided. The job took approximately three weeks from the initial phone call to completion, which, in part, was due to the electrician's popularity and the complexity of the task, involving a replacement ECU kit. One standout aspect of this auto electrician's service was their excellent communication skills. They kept me well-informed throughout the entire process, providing updates on the progress and any potential issues that arose. Their transparency and willingness to discuss the job's complexities were greatly appreciated. However, there is a minor issue that I encountered after the job was completed – a flashing airbag light. I'm concerned that this could potentially lead to a MOT failure, and it's disappointing that I now have to seek further assistance to rectify this new problem. Really I should have spent £700 plus on a new ECU from the main dealer instead opting for a second hand ECU kit from eBay (which the seller assures my was in good working condition). In summary, this auto electrician is undoubtedly skilled and maintains great communication with clients. However, the lingering issue with the airbag light is a concern, and I will need to incur additional costs to address it. Again this is my fault I should have bought new but I didn't have £1000 to spend at the time. I was originally quoted £134 for the work doing but this rose to nearer £200 not included parts. This is to be expected with complex work. Nonetheless, I appreciate their efforts and would consider their services again.

AVS did a great job quickly resolving the problem and fit a circuit breaker to prevent it recurring. Ben patiently explained the issue and how it was fixed etc. Overall excellent service and very competitive prices. Thanks!!
