The shoes are good especially children wears but the lady at the till seems to be always unfriendly and unprofessional… There is a man there friendly
**Disappointing Customer Service Experience** I recently visited the Shoe Zone store and had an extremely disappointing experience. Despite there being three staff members present, all of them were too busy chatting among themselves to even acknowledge my presence. Not once was I approached for assistance or offered any help. I felt completely ignored and unwelcome in the store, so I decided to leave without making a purchase. Very poor customer service – I won't be returning to this location.
Shoe range has massively gone up in the world in quality, from what I used to know it 10 years ago. The lady that helped was absolutely amazing!! Didn't get her name, but blonde hair and glasses, lovely lady, great attitude, a smile on her face, and happy to help. I needed some shoes for a suit, she asked what colour my suit was, got the perfect colour for my suit and gave me 3 great options in seconds, to meet my exact needs. I picked the one I liked the most, she grabbed my size out for me, said feel free to take a seat and try them on, got her opinion on them, which put me at ease that they looked okay on me and they feel so comfortable it's unreal... cost £40 and great quality! The lady behind the desk was also great and chatty and friendly! The recipient has TE on it for the cashier name and was today 11/9/24 at 5.40pm I was stressed trying to find shoes elsewhere in the high steet and not liking anything and going in here, got me the perfect shoes and reassured me they suited me in minuets 10/10
Bought the shoes for my daughter and she wore it for one day and when she came home her feet were wet. She didn't step in any puddle and it was not raining that day Went to the store and met a not so friendly manager who said well the shoes aren't water proof like wth it's not like she dipped her feet in water and sat there for ages the walk from school to home is 10 min and in that 10min if her shoes cudnt even keep her warm and dry then they are rubbish. Didn't get any exchange or anything. The quality is soo poor will never go there again

Good shoes a place to visit
Quite a wide and extensive range of shoes, which are neatly displayed on shelfs. Moat are moderate to cheap in price, with some more expensive and better quality. The staff are very helpful and friendly. There are different areas for kids, gents and ladies. It would have been useful if they did half sizes, in order to get the best fit.
Helpful staff, good selection of shoes. Great for kid's school shoes. Prices similar than Asda, maybe cheaper.
Day 1 of wearing my new shoes & they still look as good as new! They fit like a glove. I'm very satisfied with my recent purchase. My new "go-to" place for shoes.
