    My initial purchase experience with F1 Autocentre was highly satisfactory. I found the pricing on the Bridgestone tyres to be competitive & cheapest. The online system for purchase and appointment scheduling was efficient. The staff provided friendly and helpful service, contributing to a pleasant overall experience. I would certainly recommend their services.

    DO NOT USE .tried as needed quick MOT and had service at same time they tried telling me that my rear brakes were on limit and needed changing. I had only had them done 12 months ago with 4k miles on them they were like new. also picked car with tyre warning lights on he said they'd not doe anything at it could be faulty and need changing. it was because they had lowered the pressure to 34/35 when they should be at 39/40. I went filled tyre pressure up and light went out. also the track rod needed changing to pass MOT they said to get free mot retest you need to get the work done with them and charged £170 for a job that would normal cost £90.my advice stay well away I have a bit of knowledge with cars so imagine someone who is unsure they would scared into work thats not needed

    Went today for puncture repair after being told by road runner tyres on Erskine Rd that needed new tyre. The young lad and young lady were most helpful 2 lovely people. Did puncture repair with no need for new tyre highly recommend will be using these again xxxx

    Extremely professional service. Not many honest mechanics around these days. Not your usual sales driven business that sell you stuff you don’t need. Ken and Becka were amazing couldn’t wish for nicer people to deal with. Happily handover any of my vehicles to these two and I know it would be in very good trustworthy hands! This is honest feeedback that is more than deserve! My partner was over the moon with how they dealt with the issue ls on her vehicle! Truly an amazing service from start to finish!

    Bad experience start to finish for what one would otherwise presume to be a bread and butter job; service and MOT. I could go into all the granular details such as how I took my car there first thing (8AM) and how it still wasn’t sorted by C.O.P the same day, however, I will get straight to the point. I have a ‘16 plate 1 series BM so all the service tracking is stored on the cloud. At the time of writing this, my car is 800 miles ‘overdue’ a service, yet the ‘service’ was paid for and supposedly done on 21/02. Upon picking up my car and noticing the service light as still on, I received the explanation of ‘it’s a Saturday so we will have to send it off to head office for them to input the information’ Upon contacting them again a few days later they then said ‘we don’t have access to BMs electronic database, therefore you will need to contact them’ Despite knowing this to be incorrect, I like to take peoples explanations at face-value and thus, decided to call BM. Long story short, it is not BM’s responsibility. Why? They haven’t carried the service out of course. £249.49 later my service light is still on, and even after contacting head office to complain, the best I received was a woeful call from the Rotherham garage. I advised to the gentleman ‘suppose I sell my car tomorrow with the ‘service’ light on. His response? ‘Ahh but you have the paperwork to prove you’ve had it.’ Poor. So, so poor. He then concluded by saying ‘leave it with me and I’ll get back to you’. No subsequent call was received. What a surprise. This could’ve all been avoided had they have acted with integrity from the get-go. ‘Sorry we won’t be able to update your electronics as we don’t have the correct diagnostic tools’. For further context… I never go to BM. I last used a small garage in Retford ‘Just Cars’, who are minute in size compared to F1 auto centres yet vastly superior in workmanship, quality, and overall efficiency. Oh, they also have the correct diagnostics equipment. So here we are at the conclusion. Service light still on with an ever increasing overdue mileage, £250 light, and taken for a ride without even sitting in anyone’s car! Fabulous. Thanks for nothing F1 auto centre. Do try in future to act with integrity. Do also remember to take off the locking wheel nut before letting me drive off only to realise it’s still on. Dear oh dear.

    The appointment for my mot was arranged very quickly. They fitted 2 headlight bulbs for me an gave me some excellent advice regarding oil usage.i would recommend this company for any work needed on cars.

    Avoid!! Took my car in for an MOT which they failed on 3 things. I then took it to another garage for the work to be done at, and they said that 2 of the 3 items they failed it on, there was nothing wrong with them. Also staff very unprofessional at front desk as they were busy talking to there mates and smoking, leaving a que of customers waiting. Would not take my car here again.
