My little car looked absolutely STUNNING after two days with Paul at Topflight! The whole process from start to finish was easy, absolutely transparent and completely professional. I had to wait a couple of weeks for the appointment because they are so busy - but to me that's an obvious green flag, they must be doing something right! The repair is flawless and I am over the moon. I have no hesitation in recommending Topflight and I am so glad I found them.

If you're looking to get SCAMMED or RIPPED off? Then this is absolutely the garage for you! I was brought here by RAC after my car broke down due to the alternator. Unbeknown to the mechanics I had taken media footage of the breakdown and under the car bonnet before & after! I also spoke with the RAC mechanic about what needed doing! RAC not only told me verbally, they also provided me with a written and digital report for my records of the car breakdown! Just a simple alternator. These guys scammed me to the highest levels and then they vandalised parts in my car that were fine before they got their con-man hands on them! Hoping that they could get away with it because I am a female who; 1. Needed her car for her children. 2. One of those children is Autistic with additional and physical needs which they were aware of! So they absolutely knew how important my car was to the whole family! The garage had planned to rinse me as much as they could before they were caught! A £300/£400 job ended up costing me around £1300 in costs, additional time lost and an abundance of stress! They are now ignoring my official complaints and have been referred to the Motor Ombudsman. Two months have passed and they have had nothing to say in regards to their poor and shambolic behaviour towards myself and car! I will be creating awareness on social media platforms too, possibly starting a court claim against them also. They clearly have a preference for who they like to target! They charged me for a new battery which was NOT needed, damaged my breeze pipe which was perfectly fine before! (located under/close to the battery!) This happened on the day of the fitting of the new alternator in my car! They never reset the computer system so that the car thought a number of other issues were also happening as new parts had been added! They told me that this had been reset when it had NOT! These people are an absolute disgrace! So, if you like being conned? Sure, take you car here? If you like having your car attacked and vandalised? Of course this is the place for you! Never would I come back unless it is to serve court documents on them for the damages caused! After the Motor Ombudsman have looked into them. Two months in and they still have no answers as to why they were caught tampering with my car and attempting to scam me! After a RAC breakdown! Avoid, avoid, avoid! Literally just run for your life! If you look at the images of the breeze pipe? You can clearly see it was done quite clearly with a sharp instrument and deliberately too! Such as with a Stanley knife or using another sharp tool, it a clear straight cut line, that was NOT there before, it is not 'wear and tear' and it is NOT 'accidental'. I took my car to this garage with the RAC! When I took the car back the following Monday and said, "The engine light is back on something isn't right with the alternator can you check to see if it's ok?" The garage point blank refused to look at it! Refused to address that it could be an issue with this part and said to me, "Oh no, no, it has to be a different issue. Will be something else wrong with it! Book the car back in. You will have to pay for a new diagnosis and then what ever else is wrong with it! It's definitely not the alternator." Said this without even checking it! That's when I walked away and took it to another garage who helped me find out what they had done to my car! Disgraceful! Utterly! What's more worrying is if I hadn't have gone to another garage, and if I had have brought my car back to TopFlight AutoCentre, they would have got away with scamming me again! But also, what other parts in my car would they then have damaged next in order for me to have brought it back? How long would they have continued to do this for until they were caught? Luckily I caught them sooner and reported them.

Would Definitely Recommend I have been taking my BMW 730d to Paul at Topflight for a few years now. I always trust an honest appraisal of my vehicle from Paul and the work that is carried out is top class. Recently had my wheels refurbished and certain parts of the car resprayed. The wheels look brand new and the car itself looks amazing, the paint work is fantastic. I am never disappointed with the price and the customer service is excellent. Great Service and experience. Been using Topflight for my MOT for the last few years and they've always provided a great service. This year when I had a warning pop up on my dash saying "Engine malfunction" and after I learned that it wasn't French for "you're engine is perfectly fine" they were able to arrange me a spot and resolve it quickly. I then had an issue with my battery and they went the extra mile to pick up my car from me and get it fixed, so I didn't even need to put trousers on. Highly recommend and will continue to return in the future. (could do with giving out free coffee or something though)

I took a set of rare Volvo alloy wheels to Topflight for refurb and tyres. Service was very professional, very kind and they did a sterling job on the wheels. They came back looking better than new and in a chosen colour, that being bronze. They've gone above and beyond with them and I'll be very keen to use their services again should I need a set of wheels refurbing. I wish I went to them before with my old set of wheels. The quality of the work is incredible. The wheels get commented all the time, and I'll always mention the place who made them look this good.
