   Exceptional Staff and Service Review: Neild Street & Greenacres Road Truly compassionate care I have received from your staff at both the Neild Street and Greenacres Road locations. I would like to give an exceptional, exceptional review to Sophie, our key worker on the Greenacres Care Point for single ladies. She has been a breath of fresh air and an incredible source of support.She has been like a big sister, cared for us like a mother, and listened to us like a friend and a sister.She is always professional in her role and has solved our problems with great speed. She is always positive, often bantering away with us, and we have never seen her frown upon us or her duty. She always has a smile to pass on. I also want to specifically thank Nina (Greenacres Road). When I first came to CarePoint Housing, her gentleness during my initial welfare check was so appreciated. She listened with great care and compassion as I spoke about my experiences with domestic violence and abuse. Thank you to the following brothers, including the evening security, who have consistently been wonderful, respectful professionals: Nabeel Bhai Iqbal Bhai Adeel bhai Haseeb bhai Kamran bhai Amaan Bhai Rebecca and Abby for moving me to a much suitable accommodation it does feel very 5* ish Repairs have always been addressed and completed ever so quickly. Thank you for specifically fixing the internet booster plug at the Neild Street location. Thank you to the Care Point Housing cleaners for keeping our home clean for us. And what a great bunch of residents I have lived with at both locations.

   Care point have really helped me and my family I am a young heavily pregnant woman and the staff here are great always around to answer any questions I have and helps me whenever I need it. Sophie is so kind and always checks in on me. The apartment is lovely and the building really well kept. I can’t thank the staff here enough for everything especially Sophie and Abid at the bank.

   I highly recommend this place it’s a huge help. The people working there are very helpful, and everyone is kind. I’m from Poland, and I’ve never experienced such great support, especially during such a difficult time in my life. The help is offered without even having to ask or request anything. The staff have great energy, and you can really feel that they enjoy their work you can even joke with them. I have no words to describe how much help I received. Let’s not forget about the security team, who are also very kind. The manager, Rebecca, is the best, and her team I will definitely miss them. Care point Thank you ❤️ I wish all the best for futer
