Tried for 3 months to organise a repair. Called into the branch but it was closed so someone would call me back, they didn’t. Rang and left a message, no one called back. Rang and spoke to the parts centre and left details, someone would call with a price. They didn’t. Finally, 3 months later I called again, had the same query, was told I’d get a call back, which I did but the quote was really high. Sorry Mini, you let me down. I wanted to repair my car with you but the service I have received is not worth the price you have quoted me.
