   By far one of the best best places that I have been to the staff were friendly welcoming and nice. They have great and reasonable prices. When you walk into the place and you actually go inside the whole environment is very calming it's very soothing so if you'd like to go for a place to relax have some work done on whatever you like this is definitely the place for you. I would DEFINITELY recommend.

   A lovely intimate salon, beautifully decorated with a really relaxing atmosphere. Two of the loveliest girls running it, both of whom make you feel instantly relaxed. Brilliant service I usually have my nails and tanning done, I am beyond happy every time I visit. Highly recommend! Thanks girls

   Appalling Customer Service I visited the salon for a hydra clean facial, and deep cleanse for radiant skin. Upon completion I drove home my face was feeling hot, tender and tight. I called the salon to ask if there had been a change of manufacturer of products? No one answered the phone I left a message. The following morning I got a call from a therapist who didn’t attend to me. I appreciate she couldn’t comment. However she informed me to use E45 and said she would contact the therapist and get her to contact me ASAP. Four days later prompted by myself calling a again as I was still uncomfortable with my skin. I spoke the therapist. She said use E45 you have had a reaction to one of the products. I would not know which one as I used several!! I asked why she did not contact me? I have been off work I am busy. I have two children and they needed me. I was flabbergasted. She went on to say I don’t know what you want me to do!!! I said I had hoped you would ask me to return so you can look at my skin and offer some advice. She replied I will if that’s what you want. You can have a facial if you want although I am not sure how you would react to the products. I was appalled when I heard her response. A professional would have wanted to see the client and resolve the issue. With that attitude I refrained from returning as she clearly had no interest after her task was completed and E45 is the solution to every skin issue according to Ellie Vie

   This business is only interested in making profit. If you think they are caring, you are mistaken. They will happily take your money and even though they can't provide the treatment you want for over 6 weeks the one time, they will not give any leeway on a voucher not completely used due to exceptional circumstances
