“I chose The Private Clinic Birmingham after researching vein removal, this was not a recommendation, but I am very happy to recommend them following my consultation and subsequent operation for vein removal. My consultation with Mr Pathak and dealings with the staff at the clinic was excellent. I felt in very safe hands. My consultation was thorough and not rushed and all the procedures offered were explained in full. At no time did I feel pressured to accept something I was not happy with. On the day of the operation I was understandably apprehensive, the staff were lovely and allayed my fears. The operation went well and five weeks after I have recovered well. Majority of the bruising has gone, only small localised discolouration at a couple of the operation sites. The cut sites healed very well, with only two taking a little bit longer. None of the sites became infected. I am very happy with the procedure and the care I received. Thoroughly recommend.”

“I visited today for nails and I was treated so well the customer service was really good as somebody that suffers with anxiety this means alot to me and I'm really pleased with the finished result of my nails thank you I will be back :). Visited again today for removal and new set a little bit expensive 47 pounds altogether however I'm really happy with them and feel they've done a better job than the previous places I've been.”

“I went in for eyebrow threading at a quiet time during the day The place is really big and spacious, organised, clean inside, I didn’t expect that as I was drawn in by the offer on the window from across the road. Paid at the reception and was asked to take a seat. The beautician saw to me and asked me what I wanted done. She did a great job and asked me to take a look as we went along. I was happy and she worked quickly and didn’t hack away at my eyebrow shape. When she finished she asked me if I wanted some soothing gel and pointed me in the direction of it. I found this experience pleasant because it was quick and efficient and the price I paid was reasonable. The staff are really nice and patient. It took me a while to pay as I’d lost my purse and coins amongst my other bags and thankfully I didn’t get any awkward feelings or looks. I’d definitely go there again.”

“Wendy has been my beauty therapist for almost 20 years. In that time I have had everything from massages to facials, hopi ear candling to waxing, along with manicures and pedicures. All treatments have been of the highest standard and delivered in a professional yet friendly manner. My regular fortnightly treat is one of her manicures - either a basic gel or one with bespoke nail art. I have tried other nail technicians but NO ONE can match Wendy's high standard or artistic talent. I've been to some of the best day spas in the country, and they can't match Wendy for quality of treatment, delivery of service or professionalism.
