   Worst experience I’ve ever had getting a wax. The women up priced me twice. They proceed to be rough and aggressive with the waxing. Even going as far as to not let the hard wax process before ripping it off my skin. After which I suffered with ingrowns and I felt offended and violated. Will never go to this salon or any of them. Sorry.

   Terrible and dishonest. I booked through Treatwell at a specific time where Hollywood warm wax was discounted at £24.30. I had the treatment, the lady used a mix of hot wax and warm strip wax which I left to her to decide although I had selected warm wax but I assumed she knew what she was doing, leave it to the professional right? Wrong. When it came to paying, she was charging me £32 for a Hollywood. I explained I booked for £24.30, not £32. She said that price is different and in store is different which made no sense to me, am I meant to have a Hollywood at home for it to be £23.40? She called her boss Kalpesh who said the same thing, I explained then why advertise on Treatwell of you are going to charge customers whatever you want regardless. I explained I have a confirmation of the screenshot also if he would like to see it at which point he said 'you don't need to give attitude' and he will charge £23.40 as booked. I did not give attitude, I simply offered to send the confirmation for him to see. He implied he was doing me a favour by charging me the amount agreed, no, I agreed to pay a certain figure and simply didn't give him the opportunity to exploit me, period. Won't be going here again, I only booked as my regular place was fully booked and couldn't offer last minute appointment.

   Came in today for a Hollywood wax, due to my usual lady being on holiday. And it wasn't a great experience. The lady doing the wax wasn't very experienced as she kept waxing on areas to the point my skins actually come off. It's extremely painful at the moment, i've had waxes for years and never experienced this. Don't recommend

   I booked an appointment today for 11 am via your website and was allocated Kiran. On my arrival at 11 am, no one was about, all busy. Eventually, at 11:15, Harvi saw me waiting, and worked out Kiran had been double-booked. I want to thank her for looking after me; she squeezed me in at 11:30, for which I am grateful. However, it did mess up my next appointment, and I would like to point out the double booking. Please sort out your website!

   I visited this Salon today with my teenage daughter who had a 'Teenage Acne Facial'. From the moment we stepped into the salon I knew I would be disappointed. The Salon was dirty, the female who did the facial didn't look like she wanted to be there and had rubbish customer service. I have visited many Salons, however this was my daughter's first experience, and to say I was disappointed for her is an understatement. No refreshments were offered which is normal for the Salons I have visited. The Therapist didn't ask my daughter any questions, she didn't explain what she was doing and why and more importantly didn't advise her on how to care for her skin going forwards. I was going to ask for an eyebrow wax and tint appointment, after seeing the equipment used for this I changed my mind. As we were leaving (I had paid online) the Therapist told me I hadn't paid enough because the price listed on the website was an old price list! She told me to wait whilst she called her boss. I told her it didn't matter what her boss said because I wasn't paying anymore. Personally I don't think it was worth the money I paid. Really poor service and I would not recommend this Salon, sad really because leaving negative comments isn't something I normally do.

   Firstly want to say that threading was fine (hence the one star) However, the place is not easy to find and parking is non-existant. I had to drive for 10mins just to find a spot. I was still ok with that but when I tried to talk to the lady threading my eyebrows about getting another treatment, I kept on getting interrupted and talked over by a loud voiced blond lady as if I was not there. This happened about 5 times (no exaggeration) before I had to say that she was being rude. She then replied that she’s sorry but she’s the owner of the shop!!!. I was shocked. I explained that she should therefore be more courteous to her clients to which she replied that if I don’t stop she will call the police!!! It’s appalling at how badly she handled this and is a perfect example of bad service. I will never go back there again and I’m warning anyone who thinks of doing so.

   Had my eyebrows shaped and tinted here. Staff were so friendly and professional when I booked. Loved my eyebrows after they were done and the staff member made sure I was happy with them before I left. I look forward to many more treatments here. :)

   I booked a Hollywood wax 3 weeks ago and had the best service from Harvinder. She was very professional, made me feel comfortable and at ease. I have had no issues with returning growth and no ingrown hairs, I am a very happy customer! Thank you for your great service, I have recommended Hemaxi to all my friends and family.
