This is a lovely place. It's clean, tidy, has great vibes. I had classic lash extensions and a brow wax, both of which I was very happy with! Morgan did a great job, she was friendly and professional throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and would definitely use them again!

It was my first time coming to the salon, I’ve tried a few different places to get my lash extensions done and due to constantly being in a pool I struggled to find a good lash tech. Morgan did my lashes, measured them against my own to try and make them as practical as possible yet still look full. They were perfect, the best set I’ve ever had. I will definitely be returning for my holiday lashes in May. Thank you so much. 100% recommend!
I turned up for an eyelash appointment but was told that there had been an issue with the booking, and no technician was there. I’m so disappointed that I’ve driven over, wasted my time and waited to be told that the booking system has clearly not worked. Especially as I’d have been charged if changed or cancelled my appointment. Would put me off in future in case the same thing happened.
Going to Katy Victoria is like visiting friends. I've had my nails done by Brogan for the first time and it was like I had known her for ages. I just need now to get booked in for the amazing eyebrow transformations that Katy loves to do.

Katy and the Team are the most welcoming, educated and genuine people ever! They are so well informed in what they do! I have LVL and Lamination done by Katy and they ALWAYS look incredible! Katy listens to everything i want in regards to shape etc, my treatments are always relaxing and really look forward to a catch up with her! I have told family & friends who have now had both treatments done and they also cant praise Katy enough and are over the moon with their lashes & brows. Katy is not one bit pushy and just gives off this calming and caring presence those who have been will understand. I am going to have a hydro facial and some intimate waxing done which i have never been comfortable with having done before but due to the staff being so nice here i feel like i finally have the confidence to have it done. If you are in two minds of coming here, dont be! You wont be disappointed and will defo walk out with the best brows in Solihull x
