Very nyc reena did my waxing she did very nice…. Owner is very i can say staff is very nyc and professional. Good in hair and beauty .
Went today as my regular salon closed early and as my time is limited I thought i would just go in here. Well what an experience! (Not a good one) No customer service skills at all. I was told by another lady not to go to the bleached blonde lady as she ruins eyebrows so I waited for the other lady. I waited 40 minutes as the workers like to have a chat to each other in between clients. So the workers obviously have their regular clients who they prioritise even when other have been waiting longer…how unprofessional! So poomi tried to get her regular client in before me and when I said I was first she said no she was first. I stood up and then the other lady (client said no she was actually first- mind you she was happy to jump in before I spoke!) so as i stood poomi turns around and abruptly shouts I need to clean the room first and I will call you when I’m done. She “cleaned” the seat with a baby wipe and then I went in. I was calm so she had also piped down. She said she couldn’t thread all my eyebrows due to growth so had to wax at first and then thread. Shape is ok but skin is irritated due to wax. Will not return and those who do must have seriously low standards!
Always extremely unprofessional. They leave half way into waxing your face for 10 minutes. She left me waiting there to be waxed while she was in a phone call. Completely ignored me even being there after sitting me down. No sense of urgency to even bother ending the phone call to do their job. If I didn’t leave it would’ve probably taken me 20 minutes to get my brows done. Every other salon would’ve just ended their call and start working. And then proceeded to quickly end the call and beg me to come back so she can do her job? Should’ve done that in the first place. This isn’t even the first time. They’re constantly wasting their customers time and money.
I visited this salon about a month ago for threading, and unfortunately, the shape wasn’t what I asked for, and a lot of hair was left behind. I didn’t complain at the time because I thought maybe the stylist was having a rough day. Yesterday, I gave the salon another chance and went in for fringe bangs. I showed a clear picture of what I wanted, but instead of doing what I asked, she gave me curtain bangs and insisted that fringe bangs wouldn’t suit me. I left feeling disappointed and second-guessing myself. Today, I went to a different salon and finally got the fringe bangs I originally wanted and they look great! The stylist there told me they suited me very well. I wish I had trusted my instincts and gone somewhere else earlier.
Got my highlights from here and would not recommend it at all. I asked for a brown/dark brown color and it was not what I received. My hair looked very light and the lady reassured me saying that it would go darker in a few days but it did not. She said if I wanted it toned it would be an extra charge but to get the color I originally asked for it would have had to be toned. Really bad hair coloring service do not come here better off doing it urself.
Came for full body wax today. Service was amazing! I got waxed by a lady named Pomi - she was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable! I don’t know what she did differently but the wax was painless! if you’re looking for a wax or beauty treatment definitely come to this place!
Best service I've experienced at a salon in Birmingham. The owner and staff were very attentive from the beginning to the end of my treatment. I got a balyage and hair cut with blow dry done. This was done so beautifully and quickly that I loved it. I left loving my new look and saved so much time compared to past experiences at different salons! Will definitely be using this salon again!

I regularly get my eyebrows and face wax from here. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the manager is super polite and I would highly recommend to anyone. The eyebrows are at a brilliant service and a quick procedure.
