   I absolutely LOVE my hair salon/hairdresser Marcy is fantastic every time I go I always have a restyle and I couldn’t ask for anything better than what service and outcome of my style I get, I’ve recommended them to friends who have tried them and are still going back because of the great and professional work they do Nancy is also great at what she does and is friendly and lovely to talk to but Marcy will be my hair stylist now until either I pass or she packs in work. That’s how much I respect and trust her with cutting my hair to a high standard

   Got the best haircut I’ve ever had with Nancy! I have a very difficult hair and it’s very hard to manage and she thinned it well and was precise with how much hair I asked her to cut. Definitely going back!

   purchased a Groupon with expiry date 30th,December, was planning on using it near Christmas. Around the end of November, I received an email from Groupon stating the shop is not taking any booking for December but, not to worry my voucher will be extended and, to contact the shop January... me being me I thought I'd double check with the shop so I called them, (December) explained everything to the lady, she said 'no problem' fast forward to January, gave them a curtesy call and explained again, even had a little chat with the lady about our birthdays being in January!! check your phone records mine ends in 09. again said yes that's fine I then went to the shop but, unfortunately the lady was not in that day. so called again in a few weeks explained again, then said pop in for a consultation which I did she asked about the voucher so I showed her she then said 'No I cant take that voucher' telling me I should have used it in November (Cheeky) yet I said why should I when I had till December of course I was embarrassed, I did argue the fact explaining and questioning why I was told otherwise!? or that she kept saying was, that she cant take it. so, I left the shop as was not getting any logic from this lady. she need to learn some basic business etiquette. what, should have happened is: she should've: apologised for the inconvenience caused. followed by the same hair deal for the same priced paid as the voucher. Now that would have been fair and, in fact a lot nicer. she handled it very poorly.

   Marcia is good but their groupon service is shockingly poor. They advertise any stylist and cut and blow dry but what they don't tell you is they have a designated stylist who won't do short hairstyles! After being turned away even after I clarified a neckline bob. Nancy showed no concern for my disappointment and poor service and suggested getting a refund. Appalled by her lack of empathy.

   Thank you so much to Maryam and all the lovely ladies in Ziba hair & beauty salon ! I am honestly so grateful as they made me feel very special on my wedding day. I had a great bridal package for myself, which included hair and makeup, facial, eyebrow threading, manicure and pedicure for a good deal. My mum and my sister was pampered as well. All the ladies were so lovely and you can see that they care so much for their costumers and the services are on a high standard. My facial was scheduled couple of days before my big wedding day, and It was my first time having a facial. OMG I can tell you it felt so good ! Maryam's touch was so delicate and relaxing. My face was so soft and bright afterwards. And my nails, they are so beautiful they are perfect. For my hair and make-up, I told Maryam what style I would like. I prefer a more simple look and they definitely delivered. I 100% recommend this hair salon. Thank you so much for making me feel so special; the start of my big day.
