   Booked last week for a full body and full face wax. Was told on the phone it will be £75, when arrived they refused to do arms as the hair was not long enough and didn’t do face either. They then said they had to charge me each wax separately and I had to pay £80 despite arms and face not being done. I went elsewhere and had to pay £20 and they did it with no problem, as there was enough growth. Ended up paying £100 in total. Staff will lie to you, charge you more money and my hair has grown back after 1 week which means they use cheap products. I am disgusted and shocked with their service. I will be taking this further.

   Lovely Salon and amazing experience! Simi is always kind and gentle when providing her beauty treatments, she ensures you are always comfortable and has excellent customer service! No pain as she is very gentle and soft handed when waxing and you are so distracted by her funny stories and banter! Will defo be using this salon as my regular! X

   Yesterday on 9th of dec 2022 I got a really bad haircut from here. I wanted a layer cut with bangs and my hair was keratin-treated and very long, reaching my hips. I told the stylist the exact length I wanted and that I didn't want my hair cut short. Initially,I felt the woman was quite confident enough to cut my hair and I didn't need to worry, but in the end, I was very shocked, and I couldn't even talk after seeing the result. she cut my hair to the neck length. When i asked her about my hair length, she couldn’t even say anything and told me its because i need a layer cut.they were very rude as well. even though i need a layer hair cut how come she can cut short my hair from hip to neck. I couldn't respond to her at that point since I was so shocked, so I'm writing this review to remind everyone to avoid going there at all costs.

   Very good service overall, staff are very professional and friendly. Bit sad that the customer stamp card has been stopped since Covid...even tho it's only £5 off on the 8th visit but nonetheless I would not go anywhere else. Highly recommend this place.

   Went in today as my mum and sister wanted their hair coloured. It seems she had no manners or any professionalism at all. First of all £50 deposit then a patch test? First time I’ve heard that. I had my hair done from a different place who charged nothing for a patch test, took no deposit until they were certain I had no allergic reaction. Then she told me my mums hair would be half red and half blonde and would wash out because she uses black hair dye. She’s also done peoples highlights before doing any patch test!

   Just had my daughter’s haircut upon a pre booked appointment. Brilliantly cut. She took her time and did a good job. She looked quiet skilled at what she did. Pleased with her work. Would recommend. It would have been great if she opened that door with a welcoming smile. 1 star less at rating for no welcome smile as I felt as if I had knocked on just an ordinary house door. apart from that a really good job done. Thank you!
