Oh my god I can’t explain how relaxing and brilliant the experience was. I had my shoulders and back massaged as my shoulders were aching Viktoria was so lovey and did such a great job and it felt like she have taken all my stress and tention from my shoulders away.
Me and my daughter just had treatments before our short weekend in Paris and only an hour before flight departure. I had a 10 min deep tissue massage with some attention given to my temples due to the tension associated within my neck. The lady was absolutely amazing and got all my knots located and worked at within seconds. I have found over the years (after using many physios and masseuses) that majority simply do not use the correct amount of pressure or work my muscles correctly to actually alleviate the tension, it’s more of a tickle! My only success was with a chiropractor. The lady who did my massage today hit muscles that have been in need of attention for a long time and really eased and smoothed them out. My daughter who is 8 had an indian head massage and absolutely loved it. Found it really relaxing and wished I had booked her for longer.
Fantastic experience at AeroSpa in Birmingham airport. I was given an amazing neck and shoulder massage by Maureen who was incredibly professional and had such a warm and welcoming personality. I do get nervous and anxious before flights and I just want to thank Maureen and AeroSpa for really taking care of me and calming my nerves!
Such a lovely experience pre- flight and no more expensive than a local salon. Beautiful nails and the loveliest of technicians. Would definitely recommend.
Subject: Complaint – Gel Nails Peeling Off After Two Days I’m reaching out again regarding a recent gel nail service my mother received at your stall and Birmingham departure airport. Unfortunately, just two days after the appointment, all of the gel polish completely peeled off. This is quite disappointing, as gel nails are expected to last at least 2–3 weeks with proper application. My mom took good care of them and followed all the usual aftercare steps, so it seems the issue may have been with the application itself. The cost was £35 and lasted two days. We would appreciate it if you could reply to the email I sent last week via your website and look into this Ideally, we’d like to discuss an appropriate resolution.
