   I went there around 6:30 PM, and since their closing time is 7, I asked for eyebrow threading and upper-lip threading. The girl who was doing my threading seemed to be in a rush and was doing it very roughly. When I told her she wasn’t doing it properly, she said she couldn’t do any better because the hair was “too small.” I still had visible hair on my face, and she didn’t clean it properly. She kept doing other work in the middle and eventually just left, so I had to finish it myself. I would not recommend going there — it was a complete waste of money. The girls working there were rude and didn’t know how to behave with customers. I would give them 0 out of 5.

   I would rate this place ZERO if it was possible. I went in today to get my eyebrows threaded I showed the woman a picture of the eyebrows I wanted. This wasn’t a picture off the internet it was an old picture of me with the eyebrow shape. We started and I stopped I told her I didn’t like the shape she was doing and do the shape I showed her. She said but that isn’t the natural shape of my eyebrows I said I know, I don’t like my natural shape I want this shape that I showed you. She did the shape that SHE wanted to do, when she had finished my eyebrow I said this isn’t right, she repeated what she said earlier. I was now very irritated as I told her already it doesn’t matter I want the shape I showed you. My eyebrows were thick and there was enough hair to do the shape I wanted. I hated the shape but I told her to do the other eyebrow and make sure they match. The wicked woman threaded my eyebrow and didn’t even bother try to match them, I was livid. I got up and told the man to give me back my money, (you have to pay upfront in this salon) which he did. He said if you wait you can speak to the manager but the damaged had already been done, she threaded my eyebrows too thin, not the shape I wanted and they don’t even match. Now I have to walk around and look like a mug and wait for my eyebrows to grow back. This is partly my fault as I should have walked out as soon as I seen her PURPOSELY doing a different shape to what I HAD ASKED FOR. It doesn't matter about what she thinks, these are my eyebrows and I decided what shape I want.

   Very disappointing place. It is unclean and the ladies do not wash their hands before they complete beauty treatments. I will be reporting this shop to the Safety in Beauty Campaign for their lack of hygiene, products and general low standards of customer service. What I saw in this shop today was appalling customer service towards a paying customer and I decided to leave because of how the male manager dealt with the situation. As a female, you want to know you’re in good hands when having a beauty treatment. It was my second time in the shop and had seen an incident like this the first time I went into the shop so this was my sign to not return again

   Well, very poor customer service. I had a very disappointing experience today. Went there for face waxing. The girl was in such a rush that she didn't even bother to clean the face after waxing and threading. There were hair all over my face. I had to find a tissue myself to clean the oil and hair from my face. And the owner defended the inefficiency and unprofessional customer service by saying thay the girls were working since morning and might be tired. I guess, if a customer is paying for the service, then these kind of excuses are unacceptable.Although, this wasn't for the first time. Even before, I had several bad experiences .

   Walk in appointment available, but as they do get really busy they do rush a lot while doing your service. Had my nails done and they were rushing extremely as other clients were waiting, broke one of my nails just few days after… and really poor hygiene on nail desks.

   Had my eyebrows done recently and the lady threaded way too much hair. I pointed out to her the fact they were not even the same shape and she made an even bigger mess trying to fix it.... I didnt even have the energy at almost 19.45 on a Friday evening, so I just kept it polite and left. Very cheap n cheerful and the place really needed a good clean. The lady didnt even sanitise her hands to do my eyebrows which I later reflected on.... I guess you get what you pay for as no where is still doing eyebrows for £3.00! Never again

   Had manicure and pedicure done at Bollywood styles. Pedicure was ok, but not happy at all with the job they did on my hands. It was nearly closing time so the nail technician was checking time every 30secs, he definitely didn't want to be there. As a result - very badly done gel nails.

   I went in for eyebrow threading at a quiet time during the day The place is really big and spacious, organised, clean inside, I didn’t expect that as I was drawn in by the offer on the window from across the road. Paid at the reception and was asked to take a seat. The beautician saw to me and asked me what I wanted done. She did a great job and asked me to take a look as we went along. I was happy and she worked quickly and didn’t hack away at my eyebrow shape. When she finished she asked me if I wanted some soothing gel and pointed me in the direction of it. I found this experience pleasant because it was quick and efficient and the price I paid was reasonable. The staff are really nice and patient. It took me a while to pay as I’d lost my purse and coins amongst my other bags and thankfully I didn’t get any awkward feelings or looks. I’d definitely go there again.
