   Never ever book with Georgia Deakin. Absolutely shocking customer service and only thinks about herself and not the fact that other people also have busy lives. She read and ignored 2 of my messages which were sent a day apart and this was in order to not carry out a patch test and as a result keep my deposit. If someone has time to read your messages they have time to reply. messages then you had time to reply. She But had offered to stay open til 6 one day (even though made it my fault again by saying “I could go out of my way to stay open”). I did and no one was there. Waste of time, fuel and still didn’t get my deposit. Do not recommend to anyone, there are nicer people with better work.

   I was looking for a hair salon where I would feel comfortable as an older client, a tricky choice when new to the area, but I certainly found that here. Sue was thorough and supportive as she assessed my hair and learned respectfully about previous cuts and styles I had been given. I learned that she had previously taught hairdressing at Tamworth College, and her experience certainly shone through. I did feel a little bit judged as she questioned whether I blow dryed my hair or used products on it (I don't do either) but that was probably my 'fault', as I have experienced the same reaction of embarrassment when visiting other hairdressers! The hair wash was very pleasant. I was then given a razor cut, a new experience for me, and Sue was very good at explaining what it would feel like before she began. The finished cut was just perfect. I couldn't fault it in any way! Overall an excellent visit and I would have no hesitation in recommending the salon to new customers.

   I got one of my worst haircut in my life. The hairdresser was rushing. When i asked a question i got ignored and she didnt care how i will look she just cut. And did a terrible job. I look like a man now which is way of the pics i showed her. While i saw a cup of drink in front of other guests she did not offer anything to me. I dont think i will ever go back. Worst customer service from her.

   Had my hair cut yesterday with sue brilliant hairdresser was so pleased with the result sue took time to talk me though what she was going to do it looks lovely the best its ever looked thanks sue will definitely be returning
