I wanted to cover my grey hairs but also wanted to have caramel highlights. Sadaf was amazing and listened to what I wanted and even though I was confused regarding the colour, she got the colour perfect!
10/10 experience. Sadaf did my hair so well. I came in with half my hair red and she managed to get rid of it and go for a light balayage, it was exactly like I imagined it to be. My first time getting my hair done and I’m 100% going to come back here next time.
Sadaf cut my hair, she was brilliant and friendly. My haircut came out amazing and the atmosphere was lovely. Would definitely recommend.
The staff are lovely but sadly my hair suffered! My hair was long and thick, I asked for an under colour, it looked amazing however a week later my hair started to snap and literally shed off. I don't know if it was the bleach product or the dye but whatever it was forced me to cut my hair up to my shoulders! Unfortunately I would never allow this Salon near my hair again!
First time I had been to Salon HQ I had an amazing experience I had my hair cut and dye, a patch test was done a day before. The atmosphere and the service was amazing. Sadaf had cut my hair she was so lovely, bubbly and funny she made me feel so welcome and was very helpful highly recommended this place and definitely will be visiting again.
Fantastic experience, the lady exceeded my expectation with her passion and hard work in giving my hair a complete makeover. I was oblivious to how many different shades there were in my hair, from months/years of home DIY blunders. She made key recommendations on how to correct the colour, during treatment. It didn't take as long as we initially anticipated although it did take a few hours. However, it was a fun visit! The only reason I've negated 1 star is more an annoyance with the ad on Treatwell, which is how I found the salon. Treatwell sell this product as £75 for a balayage, cut and blow dry. However the cost of bleaching isn't factored in, you're told this on arrival to the salon. Not disgruntled with the salon, rather - Treatwell, they should really specify that any bleaching/hair lightening to achieve balayage would incur add. Costs. I've just returned from a 10 day beach holiday and my balayage is now even lighter and exactly how I wanted it. Spending everyday in the pool hasn't made my hair go green, the best products have definitely been used. I also received a tonne of compliments. High end service at a fraction of the price!!! I paid £150 in total, this wasn't only for the balayage, but a cut as well and some colour correction to my roots and prior home blunder where patches of orange were showing in my hair.
I literally walked in today with my daughters, who both needed a hair cut and Sadaf managed to squeeze them both in before her next appointments. She is so lovely, friendly and chatty and the girls felt really at ease. Sadaf done an amazing job with their hair, gave my younger daughter a cute curtain fringe and my older daughter some soft feathers to frame her face. My daughters have been soo happy ever since, and couldn't wait to show their cousins. The salon is lovely and I love the little floral wall they have. I would recommend Sadaf to anyone, and will definitely telling my family to go there.
I could not be happier with the experience I received at Salon HQ from Sadaf and her wonderful team! Humera and Ola where professional, polite, friendly and so knowledgeable on the products and treatments I needed for my hair. I had a wash, toner/colour correction, cut and blow dry and feel like a new woman! My hair looks healthy and beautiful and they listened to exactly what I wanted whilst advising me on maintenance and realistic expectations. I walked away with some products to try out including Moroccan hair oil and a deep conditioning hair mask. They are reasonably priced and know what they are doing! Would highly recommend!
