   Yikes! I’d totally forgotten about this place until searching for something else it came up in google search. Thought I’d leave a review of pst experiences. Services I used it for: 1. highlights - I asked for chunky highlights. But what I got was so many fine highlights that my whole hair colour changed. I was really upset. But sadly back in the day, I was too shy to voice my disappointment. They couldn’t undo the highlights anyway and would’ve tried to make it seem that’s what I asked for/didn’t explain what I wanted, or some other excuse places like these often use to pass the blame to their customers. I just decided to never go there for highlights again. 2. Leg Wax. Not good at all. Left hairs here and there. Didn’t remove residue properly. Girls are friendly. That’s the only positive thing I can say about this place.

   I am absolutely disgusted by the service at Parveen’s Beauty Salon. I went in with beautiful, natural brunette hair that I loved, and I asked for something simple: chunky highlights. What I walked out with was an absolute disaster my hair is patchy, uneven, brassy, and nothing like what I asked for. To make matters worse, their “solution” was to suggest I dye my hair back brown the very next day. After everything my hair had just been through, it was already dead, damaged, and over-processed. The fact that they thought adding even more colour on top of the mess they created was acceptable just proves how little care or knowledge they actually have. They didn’t listen, they didn’t care, and they clearly don’t have the skill to do even basic colouring. My healthy, shiny brunette hair has been ruined because of their incompetence, and now I’ll have to spend even more money at a proper salon just to fix what they did. This place is unprofessional, careless, and should be embarrassed to call itself a salon. If you value your hair even slightly, avoid this place at all costs

   I recently visited this salon for a facial and was looked after by a staff member named Kiran. She was incredibly polite, kind, professional and friendly from the moment I walked in. Kiran explained the entire process in detail, including the products she would be using and what to expect at each step. Throughout the facial, she made sure I was comfortable and took great care to maintain high standards. Her respectful and warm manner made me feel truly welcomed. I also had the opportunity to speak with the owner about how happy and satisfied I was with the service. The owner was equally welcoming and kind. The quality of service provided in this price range is very realistic and impressive. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this salon to others!

   Kiran is absolutely amazing! She always takes the time to shape my eyebrows perfectly, and I leave every appointment feeling so happy and confident. Her attention to detail and skill are unmatched, and she’s also such a kind, welcoming person. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my brows! I used to go to Farzana’s for years, but their service has really gone downhill recently. I decided to try Parveen’s for the first time — and I was immediately converted! The lovely lady at the reception desk was so welcoming. I was seen straight away with no waiting time, which was especially impressive considering it’s almost Eid. They had a brilliant ticketing system in place to manage clients efficiently. The lady who threaded my eyebrows was lovely and incredibly thorough — I was genuinely impressed with the care she took. When I went to pay, the receptionist gave me a loyalty card (such a thoughtful perk!) and even took my number to send me special offers via text. On top of all that, the threading was only £5 — such a bargain these days! I never usually leave reviews, but I felt this one was truly deserved. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on!

   I used parveen beauty saloon for blow dry recently ,I gave 1 star as there was no option to give less then that the blow dry they gave me was pathetic didn't use any products and keep telling me that my hairs are very dry and thats why she csnt do properly this hair stylist doesnt know whay she is doing ,I was better off doing myself at home my hair look so bad ,I was so annoyed it was complete waste of time for me and spoiled my day and interestingly they charge full price for ruining my hear .I will never recommend this saloon to anyone .

   I have been visiting parveens since 2017 for her signature hair cut which no one can do better then her.The owner is soo supportive and kind and listen to your needs with patience and always do the magic.This time I did hydra facial too and it was too good as my skin was glowing and I felt soo relax.

   UPDATE: was happy after I had my hair dyed. First few days got a few compliments from family & friends. As days went by the colour started to fade. Weirdly as it was done by bleach. My hair has become so damaged and thick ever since getting my hair done. No idea if it was the products or what is was but my hair has been super damaged. Visited a salon to get a treatment done to my hair as it was out of control. Constant knots felt very dull and dry. I dye my hair every year and never get this especially when I look after my hair but after dying my hair from here my hair was super damaged. Staff was nice and friendly customer service was spot on but I don’t think il be back after how my hair has been like ( PS. My sister got her hair dyed with me and her hair has become damaged brittle and dry exactly like mine) so I can only assume it’s from the products. Therefore because of this I’m changing my review. Thank you Got my hair coloured by the lovely staff! Instantly friendly and professional. Felt at ease straight away! Love my new hair colour ❤️

   I have been coming to parveens for a number of years now and have always been happy with the services. I visited a couple of weeks ago and got my highlights done my misbah. She was brilliant as usual, she was very accommodating and listened to what I wanted. My hair came out better than I initially expected. Definitely recommend!
