Came in for a pre-wedding manicure and pedicure and couldn’t be happier! Jon and Lan were so welcoming and friendly, and they did an amazing job. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly!
My first time visiting this salon today they was so lovely!!! And the woman who did my nails put so much time and precision into my set which is only basic I was so impressed!! Good student discount too I’ll be back :)
I just wanted to share my absolutely wonderful experience at Jenny Nails today. I had my nails done by the very lovely Lily who took the utmost care and did my nails exactly how I wanted them. Lily was super pleasant and was professional. I also ended up doing a pedicure and again, it was done carefully and accurately! Thank you, Lily and the rest of the team at Jenny Nails!
Was rushing to find somewhere that would do my nails on a Friday. Went to jennys on a whim. The service I got was impeccable. My nails came out amazing and they weren’t too rough with my cuticles and nail beds especially when removing acrylic from a different salon. Love my nails so much, would definitely recommend and visit again.
Every time I come here my nails are beyond perfect. The best staff and the most beautiful salon. You won’t be disappointed!
I got a terrible manicure from Yoshee nail shop around the corner that needed to be corrected @ Jenny’s they offered me top tier customer service. An aesthetically beautiful clean and quiet environment with a professional who clearly new what he was doing from the moment he took my hand. He understood I was in a rush and manage to get the manicure done within the time constraint to a high quality standard without making me feel as though he was rushing. He took his time and was gentle and listened to what I wanted and executed the vision. For what little time I have left in Birmingham I will be returning for a pedicure. Couldn’t recommend them enough! Best manicure I’ve had… EVER!
I live in Thailand where there are a LOT of nail salons that I frequently go to and from my experience, I must say that this nail salon was just incredible! Came to UK for summer holiday and looked up on Google where I can get my nails done. Was not disappointed! Removed my gel polish and got a new coat of gel. The whole process took 30 minutes (super quick!) Paid £20, so not bad! I was really impressed by the amount of colours and possibilities. Staff there are super friendly. Highly recommend!
