    I would NOT recommend this place especially Hayley for waxing. I booked in for a Hollywood waxing. Which means all hair removed. I was left with areas missed and grazed skin! I messaged her privately to sort this out but I was ignored! The whole appointment was rushed! Which I can see from a lot of people’s reviews

    Dreadful experience, apparently they don’t do a blended French manicure - that’s for the Vietnamese salons ?!? end result not great, can see my natural nail tips through some. Bad atmosphere too - won’t be returning.

    I booked a Hollywood wax expecting hot wax. However, when she started using strip wax, I expressed my discomfort and explained I had specifically booked for hot wax due to a previous bad experience. I was then told they only offers strip wax, despite this not being made clear on their website. This was misleading as I would not have booked had I known. To make matters worse, I was still charged 50% of the appointment fee even though it did not proceed due to their lack of transparency. Disappointed with the experience and the poor communication would not recommend for waxing services.

    Do not recommend this salon, I had gel nails done and no prep work was done prior, they left some of my previous gel underneath as it wasn’t removed properly, the nails are all wonky and different lengths and the application is no where near my cuticle. Very rushed job within 30 mins. Had to go and get them removed as they looked dreadful. I never returned to the salon for this as while I was in there having my nails done they were discussing clients using full times and it was a frosty atmosphere from the minute I walked in.

    I used to get my lashes here done every few weeks and the I have had different therapists. I originally had my lashes done elsewhere and these guys fixed the mess, Everyone is very welcoming and explain the treatments. I would highly recommend this place

    I would never go to this place... I called to find out if I could get nails removed and got told "sorry we don't remove nails if not done from here". How ridiculous is that? I would have paid them regardless but apparently too time consuming?!? What nail place would say that? .... absolutely disgusting... stay away!

    I have been going to Hayley for my nails, waxing, eyebrows and a whole host of other beauty treatments, for many years. I would not even consider visiting any other salon. Exclusive has been recently refurbished and is looking great. A new team of extremely hard working ladies has also been established- there is a wonderful atmosphere of professionalism together with friendliness and warmth. Finally, you always get a great cup of tea!
