I went for the first time to radically change my hairstyle. Jo was the one who did my hair cut, she was the sweetest! Asked me constantly if I was okay with the style, with length, with layers... Everything! I felt so comfortable. THANK YOU!

My husband is a real alternative person with an individual style. He had googled 'best hair dressers in Sutton Coldfield' and The Hair Club came up, we had just moved to nearby too. We read the information about the salon and decided it was ideal for his needs. We popped in to have a chat and booked an appointment with Jo. His hair was long and needed a restyle, he wanted suggestions on what style would suit him. They chatted and discussed what he wanted and together came up with a style that met his needs. The staff are all very friendly and were excited to see the new cut. He went with wash, cut and blow dry. He is absolutely delighted with his new style

Carrie and Abbie cut both my children’s hair today and it was a very professional service and relaxed atmosphere. Very good covid safety measures in place. Both children happy with their hair. Definitely recommend and will use again, Zoë.
