   Nice, clean facilities. Adequate parking. Easy to find location in Tamworth. There are 2 saunas and 2 steam rooms with 2 jacuzzis

   My sister treated me to the day spa experience here with including lunch and prosecco. We started with an hours session in the well equipped and clean gym, followed by a light lunch which was either a jacket potato or avocado on toast. It's was nice enough, my only recommendation is offering a gluten free or sourdough option as bloating definitely followed! The swimming pool was nice and clean, and although we had to wait for the sauna - it was very busy, we finally got in and enjoyed the burn. I enjoyed the full body scrub, although more time scrubbing I would have been grateful for. Still, I really enjoyed it. My sister loved her neck and shoulder massage and said it was just the right amount of firmness. Overall it was a realy great, relaxing day out. Thank you to the very helpful and pleasant staff. You were excellent!

   Amazing Relaxing Spa Day!!! I went on a Spa Day with my Aunt. It was my first timing having a Spa and I would recommend to all. Our treatments consisted of a Elemis Facial, Back, Feet and Shoulder Massage. I had an amazing Spa/massage therapist who was the best and gave me a relaxing and much needed massage! Definitely would come again.

   I came here with a friend, we did the 'MMMM...Massage! - April Promo Spa Day for 2' costing £106. The messages themselves were lovely and our total treatment time was around 50 minutes. The lava shell massage was really good. My only issue is that the entire time all we could hear was a male voice taking really loudly. It turned out to be the male hairdresser next door. At one point I did mention this to the lady doing my massage and they asked him to be quieter but it didn't make a difference. To be honest, it's hard to relax and unwind when you can hear someone talking like that. The relaxation room was also quite cold which made it difficult to actually relax. Other than that, the café food was nice and the spa facilities (gym, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room) were lovely.

   Bad experience from start to finish. No way should be a spa difficult to find. staff are training could not fulfill our treatments or give alternative lost our spa day treat no-one wants to take liability no refund given or alternative day spent £268.00 Do not book their for any treatments

   Me and my partner went we both really enjoyed it and would recommend to anyone, what a relaxing day! Massage was lovely and Everyone made us feel very welcome, pool was really clean and warm, jacuziie also clean. Definatly going to return very soon.
