Initially we spoke to Darren when looking for a property to rent, then frequent contact with Kelly after having our application approved.    A good experience from start to finish; there were a few issues with a missing deed at the Land Registry which came out of left field and span the whole thing out over a year, but I sincerely don't believe this was anything to do with Juliet Twist. In any case, our agent, Paul was very attentive, quick to respond, and always available whenever I asked to be put through to him (as opposed to previous experiences elsewhere with agents who choose as and when they wish to speak with you as a client). It was also clear he felt honesty was the best policy when things weren't going according to plan, which far preferable, as far as I'm concerned. All in all, a great customer journey, and I can see why these guys have won an award or two. Thanks!
