The place has a recurring issue with electrical, living here you would good days or weeks without electricity. There is an also a ongoing leak issue with sewage spillage on the car park Good location
The property management company, Urban Bubble, is not doing a good job here. We’ve had several issues in the last year including multiple day power outages, sewage backup in the car park, and several tenants' packages being swiped regularly. Obvious infrastructure issues that are not being addressed until its too late.
