   Lived her for a year and a half can’t fault the place always clean and tidy caretaker there when you need them. Used the gym today for the first time everything was clean and tidy good equipment. All in all it’s a really good place to live.

   FRESHFIELDS, outstanding service and management company. I have been an owner/occupier since April 2019, I cannot understand the bad reviews! I have found the management very helpful and prompt with any queries or questions. Mark the caretaker is on site for anything you need regarding all aspects of the building, he is the ‘go to’ man at Freshfields, can’t fault him, he does an excellent job and is always happy to help. Recently the new fire alarms were fitted at my apartment and Mark, very kindly, offered to let them gain access for me as I couldn’t be there at the time of installation, not only did the fire alarm fitters do an outstanding job, Mark made sure everything was left as they found it, he locked up for me aswell. Overall excellent customer service from the management company and Mark as always, happy to help.
