   I went for a haircut 2 days ago and the results are so bad it made me cry.i had long curly hair (waist length) and due to some medication i take my hair has been falling out so i wanted to cut them short to help the situation .I went there as i thought they were professionals with experience as it looks they are not.I just asked for a short haircut-shoulder length - not only they cut my hair very very short (chin level ) but its also so unevenly cut (it doesn’t look so bad when curly but is horrendous when they are straight ) they did not take in to consideration at all that my hair is curly and that they had to let it longer while wet as once dry they will be shorter duo to the curly hair type , i also said i don’t want to look like a mushroom and they suggested taking some of the volume off on the ends but they just made it look even worse .The worst haircut ever ,will never go back and would not recommend to no one.

   This was my first visit after having a detailed consultation a week earlier with Gemma. i arrived for my appointment was given a hot drink and Gemma got straight to work on my hair. She did a wonderful job and i am really pleased with her knowledge and expertise regarding the right shades and tones. spotless clean and friendly salon. I wont be going anywhere else.

   If I could, I wouldn’t even give the one star. I had an appointment with izzy which I was late at, and she cancelled on me while also saying I wouldn’t get my deposit back. I told her I was stuck in traffic, things happen. She also messaged me saying she won’t be having me as a client, all because I was 20 mins late? I just find the behaviour so rude and unprofessional. Very unwelcoming salon, esp as a Muslim Asian going to an all white salon. I called them to speak to the manager and could hear a woman laughing in the background, the manager also seemed rude about it saying “sorry darling” in an unserious way. It’s so disgusting honestly, and respectfully I won’t be visiting again. Horrible experience with such mean people who don’t even behave like professionals. Such rude and shady behaviour towards clients. And then they call themselves ‘leading Solihull salon’. Honestly a joke! To add, izzy unfollowed me & removed me from her following… why such petty behaviour? Grow up. Learn to be kind towards clients just as they are to you. I felt like they were racist. Do not recommend, esp for non-whites and people of colour. Worst salon I’ve ever been to.

   I would like to thank everybody at Capellis for the amazing service is the first time I went and got my hair done but it won’t be the last Lily done my hair yesterday and she done an amazing job Im very happy with it. Everyone at the salon is very friendly and very welcoming. They took a lot of care of me I would definitely recommend this to friends and family in the future once again. Thank you ladies and thank you, Lily for such a beautiful job on my hair.

   Was asked if I wanted a ladies cut over the phone, so I said yes, went in and asked for the side shaved and the back layered into the other side, and was told that only their barber does clipper work, and you have to specifically ask for a men's cut on the phone for that, and there wasn't another appointment with the barber for at least a week. Would definitely not recommend
