Took 2 hours to do biab infill, rude staff, told me I couldn’t have them rounded and needed to keep the length, had to file them myself when got home and the tips were all rough, normally go to creative nails and 100% will be going back, shocking at the Nails from Alice
My 1st time coming to Alice Nails … soon as I walked was welcomed with a friendly smile. Tau a lovley young lady who was so sweet and gentle and took her time doing my manicure and pedicure. Normally you feel rushed in these places but at Alice nails I felt really relaxed and look forward to coming back again . Thank you for a great service .
Went in for an infill and pedicure. I arrived with straight and even hand and toe nails, and left with uneven and angled nails. When informing the girl doing my nails of the the length difference, and the difference in biab colour. I was told we don't have that colour, pick another. Still, they had no additional colours to choose from and filed the nails again with no attempt to make even. They then wanted to put gel colour over, which wasn't what I wanted, and the nail art was awful after four attempts at a bow. I had given up attempting to get what I had asked for, knowing I would need to look for another salon to put them right by that point. Avoid if you want what you are paying for.
3 nails bled around the quick on my nails. The varnish i asked for what so think and clumpy I asked it to be removed to which she was not happy and the other staff agreed it had to come off. Also she told me off for jumping when she cut me. Very rude and unprofessional... NEVER AGAIN!!!
It was a wonderful experience! They took my nails with so much care and my mom came in too. I live quite far but I will be coming back.
horrendous, nails were full of glue bleeding and hurting after getting them done and remained like that for the first days
Wonderful experience, all of the workers are so sweet . They also busy but Very accommodating and professional place. I will most definitely be back!

Been coming here for around 3 years but I have noticed recently the service is not as good. 3 weeks ago I had my nails done and within a few days the paint was chipping and went discoloured. I went back for a re paint and they wanted to charge me another £15 on top of the £35 I had just paid! I refused and walked out. The prices are expensive for the service and the quality of the staff, it’s like a production line. Never again
I dont like leaving bad reviews but daughters experience here wasn't good. They use electric drills too abrasively and it really hurt her cutting several times. The staff were also quite rude and abrupt huffing puffing when you ask for what you want just overall not a good experience
