I took advantage of a special offer that appeared on my social media news feed and I'm so glad I did! Antonia was absolutely incredible. She was so warm and friendly, listened EXACTLY to what I wanted. (I'm 50 years old and wanted to just enhance my features with a little tweak here and there and not look 'overdone'). The botox she administered was honestly the best botox I've ever had, in the 15 yesrs I've been getting it. It's perfect. The thread lift wasn't as painful as I envisaged due to Antonia being her lovely chatty self and completely taking my mind off the procedure! I am so happy with the results and I will absolutely use Shapers again for any other aesthetic procedures I get in the future. Everything about my experience was five star and I can't thank you enough. I will be returning for skin boosters soon! Antonia is a credit to Shapers. (Also my appointment had to be changed last minute) and Jo, the owner personally phoned me to explain and was absolutely lovely. I can't recommend this clinic enough and I'm so glad I found you!
This was my first visit to Shapers – and it definitely won’t be my last. I was warmly greeted by Carla, who clearly knows her stuff and instantly made me feel welcome. She explained what to expect, and she was spot on. I saw Jo, who was absolutely brilliant. What I really appreciated was that she not only recommended what she thought I needed but also told me what I didn’t – which was so refreshing. She’s clearly an expert at what she does, and I’m absolutely over the moon with the results so far. I already have a follow-up appointment in a couple of weeks so she can check in on my progress – and she even offered to give me a facial during that visit, making the hour-long drive completely worth it. Second time visiting Shapers, fantastic service and professional staff. I was looked after from the minute I walked through the door until I left the hospitality is second to none. I would recommend Shapers to everyone who is thinking of having any procedures they are the best clinic in the Midlands. I’m going back in a couple of months for more treatment as I have 100% confidence in all the staff who tailored my procedures to suit me. Delighted after Antonia removed a mole on my face that had been an issue to me for years and wish I had done it earlier. 2 weeks on and you wouldn’t even know it had been there. Jo and the Shapers team are amazing
Love this family run salon. The treatments are fabulous and Jo and her team professional and always welcoming. Had my eyebrows micro bladed last week so pleased with the result. Would highly recommend this salon.

I've been going to Shapers for a few years now and the girls are fantastic! The salon has recently been refurbished and I love going there even more now. Ivy does all my treatments and she is so knowledgeable and explains and breaks down everything she is doing. I always get a lovely welcome from Antonia and Jo too. I'd definitely recommend this as a beauty destination :)
