   I went to the salon in mid June and I wanted a caramel balayage. When she was colouring my roots as I had a few grey, the hair colour was going all over my face. I don’t think she cared about not getting it in my face. When I came home from the salon and showed my family members they all said she has left orange strands and she has not done it properly. I became so upset with my hair as it was for my brothers wedding in a few weeks. When I called the salon the lady goes your hair just wasn’t colouring properly in those places and the only thing I can suggest is tone and give it a different colour. I said can’t you correct your mistake she goes no you can only tone can change the colour. There was no apology or a complimentary fix to my hair even though she messed up my hair. Seems like they don’t care. Still till this day I’m so upset about my hair I will never trust another salon again. Scarred me for life

   I went here around February time, I had a lady called Tracy I believe. She didnt like that I had wavy hair and kept cutting bits that would tangle in the comb. After getting home I realised she had left a section of the top layer of my hair very blocky, when I called she said she must of forgotten to blend it. I went back where she cut the blocked section shorter, its very noticeable as it was the top layer of hair - I am still growing this back months later. I wouldn't recommend this hairdressers

   I visited Studio2 for a wash and blow-dry/hairstyling for a wedding I was attending at the Castle Bromwich Hotel. The ladies were so welcoming and professional! The service itself was excellent, I had an amazing blow-dry and hairstyle done by Claire, with the help of Wendy to fit a hairpiece at the end. The care and attention to detail was incredible and the additional knowledge I gained about 'hair' in general was fantastic. Highly recommend this salon, and I'll be sure to visit again when I'm in town. My sister and cousin were also accommodated last minute, which was highly appreciated. These ladies are fantastic. Thank you so much!

   Expensive, unprofessional, racist, rude! I would never recommend this salon. Besides being racist, the owner is also extremely rude. When I didn't like the results of their work, they said it's just oil and the light, but as you can see from this photo, it has nothing to do with the light or oil. It cost me £100 to do my roots only.
