I have been coming here for around 10 years. Never had a bad experience, staff are always friendly. Men's hair cut very good price I tried a few of the Turkish barbers which seem to have sprung up all over the area and reverted back to here. (I only tried the barber shops due to me personally being very busy, and unable to book in advance)
Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The haircut and beard shaping felt rushed and below standard for the £24 paid. The hairdresser appeared disinterested and unprofessional, which affected the overall service. On a positive note, the owner was kind and understanding, but I still had to visit another barber the following day to have the beard corrected.
Went in quite depressed today very unhappy with my hair colour and condition. Had an appointment with Natalie who was brilliant from start to finish. She advised on every stage of the process making me feel very comfortable. I walked out this evening on cloud 9. I'll be recommending Natalie to everyone. Thank you
Finally found a place that does good hair and is friendly. Offered me a drink and listened to what I want. Thank you Vicky for bringing my hair back to life and the closest to it's natural state after years! Will definitely be booking again for top ups. :)
Kerry cut my hair again. She's a professional lady and expert at cutting. The staff are courteous, polite and friendly to all their clientele, particularly to the elderly. A pleasurable experience once again.

Rosie does my hair and she is brilliant! I always show a picture of the hair I want and I always leave with it looking better than the picture. Balayage by Rosie I highly recommend. Cuts are brilliant and I feel so confident in her work! Lovely salon with lovely staff, I wouldn’t go anywhere else now
Absolutely brilliant! The stylist who did my hair was so friendly and confident. I’ve had the worse experiences with salons in the past who can never seem to achieve what I’ve asked for and first time visiting here I got better than what I asked for. Will definitely be making this my forever salon
