   Brought my car all the way from Manchester after a friend recommended them for being genuine and trustworthy. I’d previously been quoted around £500 by a reputable garage in Manchester for diagnostics and a PCV valve replacement — without them even examining the car. Turns out, the PCV valve was absolutely fine and it was just a few seals that needed replacing. Really friendly service and completely transparent throughout. Highly recommended.

   Poor diagnostic knowledge. Had a howling/whistling noise coming from my tyre region. They suggested to change rims. Problem still persisted and they told me to change the front tyres but it did not solve the issue again. After doing a bit of research myself, I suggested could it be wheel-bearing? they said no it cannot be. Went to a different garage, and they straight away identified that it was a bad wheel-bearing and problem sorted. So all in all not the most positive experience.
