Shocking. Zero after-care service when it’s out of warranty. The telephone number provided for after care support is outsourced to another company and what they don’t tell you is that this company is only going to deal with appliances that are under warranty. What this means for people who are outside of their warranty is that they will have zero support. If you have a model that You are unable to source parts for, they cannot help you in any way whatsoever. They will direct you to websites that sell spare parts but do not sell any of the spare parts for the model that you have. Which essentially means that for one problem with appliance you are forced to Buy an entirely new appliance. That is a kin to having a punctured tire on your car and having to throw away the car. It’s baffling to think that New World believe that this is ethical and environmentally sound. Suffice to say it will never ever be a New World appliance in future.

Would give a ZERO if possible AVOID AVOID AVOID. Our oven less than 10 month old in warranty, the electric hob has blown the glass all white were it has scorched and gets so hot light on for days on end, oven door handle comes off, the timer and clock pushed through and broken and to top it all off the oven inside fan has now broke and not heating up at all 10 MONTHS old, a engineer came to look 2 weeks ago and said we need new one swapping, but oh no they ignored him and trying to get a new engineer to fit all parts nearly 3 weeks now without a oven with 3 young children it is absolutely disgusting service absolute cheap rubbish. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

No back up service whatsoever, very polite on the phone but nothing gets done? 6 weeks and my oven is still not working, I will never buy New World products again.

Oven inner glass broke into tiny pieces while baking at 180 ° . Called warranty to be told that the glass isn't covered. What a company. Oven was under 10 months old

Utterly useless, give you a great warranty but if something goes wrong they don't really want to know, I was told on Monday that if I emailed them the paperwork they needed I'd have an engineer call me on the Tuesday to organise someone to come and fix the gas leak on the oven, Tuesday comes no phone call, I call them back Wednesday morning, to be told that 100% someone will call me back that day to come and fix the oven, thursday morning back on the phone as yet again no one has called me back, finally the bright spark who answered the phone puts me through to the engineers team only to be told that they can't come out until Friday the following week! I've got 2 kids need feeding and having to travel 30 miles round-trip to cook their dinner at my mums house! Let's see if they even turn up when they say

My mum still has her Newworld oven after 7 years and is still running good. The grill nob can be a little fiddly for a 10 seconds to get it started, but other than that no real issues. It might be a little basic, but nonetheless for a large gas and electric oven that cost £280 it's pretty good value for money whilst was made in Britain.
