   We recently used Taylor & Wood estate agents to sell our house. They were great from start to finish. Mike originally came to do a valuation in May and talk us through the process. There was no pressure from him at all and he explained we could just get in touch when we were ready. In July we decided we wanted to sell as we’d seen a house that we wanted to buy! Mike came again to do the photos and he had us on the market by the next day! We sold our house within 6 days. All of the staff at Taylor & Wood were fantastic especially Anne and Liz. I’m a bit of a mitherer and they were always so helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of seeking in the area!

   As a first time buyer you are often full of questions and confused about the long and stressful house buying process. Taylor & Wood helped me along in the process, on hand at anytime to answer a call or email. With a lot of questions and confusion they were friendly, helpful and respectful. They helped communication between myself and the seller, as well as reassurance and offered advice when needed. I likely spoke to most of the team at some point in the journey but Liz and Michelle were the main contacts. Thanks to all the team at Taylor and Wood!

Having lived in my house for over forty years buying and selling was all new to me but I could not have been in better hands. The whole team put me at ease and guided me every step of the way. I was kept informed throughout and nothing was too much trouble. I have subsequently dealt with onnseveral occasions since that first visit to there office over five years ago. Property needed a lot of repairs and multiple stakeholders. Over the years Michelle has been amazing in terms of keeping me updated.    We had to sell my Late mothers property. I spoke to Michael who came to the house to discuss this with me. Michael was (is) one of the most kind, courteous and dignified men I have met. He made the whole process as easy as possible for us and explained everything clearly and considertaly.    If all companies worked this way it would be alot easier to buy and sell houses or anything you need. The staff are friendly and helpful and I really valued Mikes advice, especially when it turned out to get my sale through. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody. The customer service I received was textbook, they should start an estate agents training school they are all very open and friendly which immediately puts you at ease and they kept me fully informed all through the process these guys work hard at a job they are all very good at
