   This agency (and Lisa in particular) behaved with staggering incompetence and cruelty. I signed a tenancy, completed all checks, and made it clear I would pay the deposit. The director explicitly told me there was no holding deposit, so I asked a simple clarifying question — and Lisa turned that into a lie. She told the landlord I was “disputing” the deposit, the landlord pulled out two days before I was due to move, and my whole life collapsed. During a phone call Lisa put me on loudspeaker without my consent so her colleagues could hear — I was humiliated while staff could be heard laughing and yelling in the background. I was told asking a question and a dispute are the same thing — a dispute and a question are not even close to the same thing. I am shocked at this level of incompetence. This was not a misunderstanding on my part; it was an internal failure and deliberate misrepresentation by staff. I have the signed tenancy and emails proving I planned to pay on Friday. Because of this agency’s reckless behaviour I am now facing homelessness tomorrow, my father has been having chest pains from the stress, and my mental health has been severely damaged. This level of unprofessionalism and callousness is unforgivable. Avoid Jardine Estates and Lisa entirely — they will ruin your move and then shrug.

Made so much information available and communication through them to our seller was excellent.
