We were at the footsteps clinic, really good friendly staff. On the other hand the person I spoke to on the phone was a bit short, the appointment letter states arrive in good time, so we did, she was a bit grumpy
A very nice clean place with nice toilets and a lift which goes to all the floors. Not really much else you would want from a building. The man on the reception was very nice the day the place I was going to said I was too early and I needed to go away and come back in half an hour. He let me sit in the reception because the weather was abysmal. He even told me it was coming up to my appointment time when it was. Stairs are clean and well lit too.

Went to an autism awareness course here which was great and very informative
We have visited twice so far (first floor) for both speech and language therapy abd occupational therapy and both times the staff were amazing. The building is lovely and clean too. The only criticism is tgere is no on site parking which makes it a little difficult with young children.
