   Honestly, I’ve heard horror stories about student landlords from my friends, and DMK are not one of them! They are super quick with any maintenance and they answer questions asap, Even when we moved in there was a gift basket of home warming goodies like coffee, tea and a new tea towel! Jackie and Danielle in particular have been wonderful, allowing us to view the properties multiple times and even giving advice as to what to be looking for when we looked elsewhere, but our house was the clear choice! I can honestly say we'll be very sad to leave at the end of the year! Thankyou again Jackie :)

   A real professionally run family business, after having a bad experience last year with another estate agents, we was worried about reliving the same experiences. DMK have been amazing from the get go so responsive with emails and any issues that we have had have been sorted within the day. Danielle has been very helpful with any questions that we have had over the past year big or little and Jackie has been respectful with booking viewings while we have been in the property. Everything has been so well maintained and the property itself is faultless. Would highly recommend to any parents sending there child to manchester or any students that have had any issues previously with other landlords.

   Have been living in the DMK property for 5 months now and it has been the best agency service I have ever received. The moving in process was swift and the agent had quick response to any emails. Upon check-in we received a video inventory which comprehensively detailed all rooms and did not try to leave out any existing damage. When we moved in there were a couple issue which we reported (a leaky sink pipe and the dishwasher not being able to fully open) we reported these at around 3pm on Thursday and the maintenance team came round the next morning around 10am an fixed everything! (with previous agencies I have waited months for a repair on an emergency never mind a non-emergency -_-) DMK have continued to be incredibly helpful and responsive since. Good job!
