   READ THE REVIEWS AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS. SCAMMED £600. If you are a professional looking for a normal place to live please avoid them at all costs. These people do not care about their tenants at all as long as they get their money. The most VILE place I’ve ever lived. I was in a flat that is inhabitable due to the excessive noise caused by neighbours (they put me between 2 families that are living in 1 bed flats) and homeless people coming in and out of the building, smoking and throwing lit cigarettes on the lift, screaming outside on a nightly basis and setting bins on fire. Despite me putting in a complaint every week for 3 months and making them aware how it’s affecting my mental health they did nothing about it. Instead they kept telling me the same thing that I need to pay £600 to end the tenancy agreement (warning to others as the amount of this fee is NOT stated in the contract). They forced me to pay this just so I can move out even though it was completely their fault. Laura Nekooie was nothing but condescending, rude and extremely unhelpful over the phone and emails. They ruined my life as I was in misery for over 5 months. As if this wasn’t bad enough they also continued to harass me after and withheld my deposit for 3 weeks after moving out.

   Property management for the building are terrible. They have allowed a tenant to give the code to the building to most of the homeless people around Stockport, whom of which have been harassing the tenants of the building for money every day. Property management are not doing anything about this despite multiple complaints.

   Maintenance is not so good and they take certain decisions sometimes that are very hard to cope up with. Location wise the place is good. The superstores, market, school, rail station, bus station everything is very near. The rooms are ok also.
