   There isn't enough stars to rate this guy's. Best fitters i used so far. They know their stuff. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. They replaced timing kit, clutch kit and brake discs and pads on my f10 with no hassle at all. They provided photos of the work getting done step by step. Very professional and friendly. This guys know what they are doing and they are doing it fast and on good money. Everything is transparent and smooth and also you have the advantage of a good advice not for their profits but for your own peace of mind. Definitely worth it!

   These guys are really professional and friendly trust me they know what they are doing. I have used them many times and always they were spot on and great price too. If you need any kind of repairs on your car this is the place to go. The good thing is they are excellent with mechanical and electrical stuff such us injector replacements and programming them reading any fault codes or even remaps. I live 40 miles away from this garage and still take my car here and always will as they are doing everything with attention to detail such us torquing the bolts, double checking if everything is in right place. Plus they don’t replace stuff by guessing. When they tell you what your problem is they are mostly right. Thank you so much Ciprian and his team you guys always do great job on my car. Till now you never made me buy unnecessary parts and never had any problems with what you have fitted to my car. If I could give 10 stars I would do so. Thank you again and again.

   5/5 ‘Trust , confidence & respect’ POSITIVE(S): I trust Mercury to complete all of my repairs properly. They are honest and realistic with what they can and can not do which gives confidence. They have rectified several jobs for me where other garages have failed and always identify & explain source of problems. No short cuts taken to complete work. Nice natured friendly team of mechanics which is rare in this industry. Manager always finds time to talk to me even when busy which makes me feel respected as a customer. Team are keen to assist in solving any mechanical issue and give good advice. Provides good communication via social media on progression of work and job completion times which limits need to chase for updates. Prices are reasonable and good payment options (card, cash or bank transfer). NEGATIVE(S): Located within a busy industrial estate with limited customer parking. Any complex issues need to be communicated via garage manager as English is not staffs first language. When manager is away, this can be difficult. No toilet or refreshments on site.
