   My first time with them. Car broke the night before I flew overseas. Before I fly I book in with them same day when arrive back. Did explain that I needed the car back soon as I have lots of commitments. The guy phone back with problem and prices. I didn’t do any price comparison or bargain but say go for it. They ordered parts and to my surprise it was ready for pick up next morning. Hipwell definite 5 stars for this one.

   Took my car there for changing 4 tyres. Upon receiving the vehicle back there was a tyre pressure error on the dashboard. After going back to Hipwell I was told that this error was already there before fitting the tyres (was evidently not) and that the sensor would then need to be replaced. Not trusting them I took my vehicle to a different place and can be seen on the photo that the sensor was clearly broken when fitting the tyres. There’s one thing making a mistake but then to lie and try cover up is another thing. Poor business.

   Hippwell Motors was recommended to me by a neighbour who has used them for twenty years or more. They carried out a service and vehicle check plus mot on my 2016 BMW 530d m sport gt. All good and expect will use them next year. Sensible prices and nice staff

   Used Hipwell for my MOTs a couple of times now and they are great. Always well priced and never had them trying to sell me extra. Asked them to look at something else whilst they had it in which they did. It does get busy so definitely book ahead. Also can be a little difficult to park car up when they have a lot in but not really an issue. Certainly will keep using.

   Had my MOT done by Hipwells recently. Advisory for brakes so booked in as soon as possible with using my car for Gransons on many occasions (better to be safe than sorry right?). Quote for work was given straight away, I was first in and job was completed within a few hours. Was called as soon as it was finished. Fast friendly service, and they do what they say they are going to do unlike some garages where the price has gone up when you go to collect. Also an itemised invoice is always given with 12 month warranty on parts. Well recommended and now use Hipwells for the 3 cars in our family.
