   The best waxing specialist I’ve found in Brum! Their prices are really affordable, and the staff are absolutely lovely, patient, attentive and great at keeping you informed throughout the process. I’ve had my underarms done twice, as well as a Hollywood and navel wax, and the pain was minimal each time. They also offer sugar waxing, which is a nice option. Highly recommend!

   I have mixed feelings about Jai brow bar. I have my eyebrow threading done by Kajol every time and have been going for over 5 years and she is brilliant. Earlier this year I booked a full body wax with her prior to my wedding but when I arrived she told me another woman will be doing my wax. This other lady was friendly enough but the wax was extremely hot and she went over the same places alot which caused me to have burn marks for over 2 weeks. Luckily my veil was able to hide some of the burn on my back but in some wedding photos you can see the burn, this also meant while I was in honeymoon I had to keep covered up to avoid further skin damage. I will still choose to get my eyebrows done as no issues but I will never go back for waxing as it went so wrong for the most important day. ( they also were informed this wax was for my wedding so I assumed they may take further caution). I was also not advised on any after care which as the burns would of been seen by her I should of been advised. I didn't notice the burns myself until I got home and a family member pointed it out. It was around 10cm.

   This is the best eyebrow threading In Solihull. It’s busy because the attention to detail is far better than anywhere else and aside from being warm and welcoming to anyone that walks through the door, the full team here truly take their time to ensure every customer leaves happy. I have been coming here for years because of the service here and I would recommend it to anyone in the area looking for any kind of treatment/threading

   I have mixed reviews about this place. I have been going here for some time to get my eyebrows done. It's always packed and there's a long wait for threading. The price is insanely high when compared to other places, but its the closest to my apartment so I just kept to it. But it is just the main lady who actually does a good job, and that's the issue. Twice I tried someone else from the team and I left there bleeding with misshaped eyebrows!!! There was no refund following this. The main lady (I am guessing the owner) asked me to wait for her every time I visit after the incident. Today I was waiting for more than 20min, the owner saw me coming in. A waxing client came in for an appointment, and then she decides to come and inform me that she cannot do my eyebrow. It was really disappointing because I took a break between work hours to visit. If it was not possible, and she had a pre-fixed appointment, could have informed me when I walked in and took my seat.

   Expensive. I paid £18.50 just to have my eyebrows and upper lips threaded! However the service and level of professionalism was great. I have no fault or complain about the service received. Just a very pricey place.

   Fantastic staff really pleasant and polite. Been going here for a few years now great threading. They do waxing as well at really good prices would recommend booking the waxing. Walk in for threading but sometimes busy. But worth waiting for.

   The price is slightly higher than other threading places I’ve been but it’s worth every single penny! They are like brow artists! My brows are really untidy and hard to shape but somehow they make them look sharp and defined and perfect for my face. They really take their time to get them perfect! Highly highly recommend!

   Its been 4 weeks since my visit. Time to review! The lady was gentle and kind and friendly and made me feel safe and valued. Never knew waxing would be so comfortable! I can not fault this experience and i shall be returning soon. Pricing is good too.
