LONE WOMEN BEWARE! I was held hostage by the guy at the shop and I had to call the police! The man at the shop was rude and intimidating. He didn't complete my nails but wanted me to pay the full amount because I was there for an hour and a half. I offered to pay for the gel removal but didn't want him to finish it because he was being rude and rushing me. He decided to hold me hostage and wouldn't let me leave the shop. I had to phone the police so that he will let me go. I was the last appointment of the day and stuck alone in a shop with him. He then decided to follow me into the car park in the dark and take photos of me when I was leaving! I am shocked with his behaviour. Please stay away from this place!
LOVE these guys, always manage to do exactly what I ask for whether it’s something simple and pretty or complex. Love that you can book an appointment too so you are not sat around for hours like most nails shops now days. All the staff are friendly, highly recommend!
