Honestly the worst place I’ve ever rented. They only have one concierge for four buildings so no security meant we had several break ins over the year we lived there. Not a safe building terrible concierge service.
I regret to say that my experience with this apartment has been highly unsatisfactory. Persistent leaking pipes have not only resulted in the growth of mold but have also led to a cascade of endless problems. One of the bathrooms remained inoperative for an entire month, causing significant inconvenience. Overall, I cannot recommend this place due to its unresolved maintenance issues.
Listing the problems I've had since moving in. Windows letting drafts and water in, paint peeling off the walls, carpet pulling up from low quality, thieves stealing parcels and furniture from communal areas. Gym not soundproofed so flats around it shake 8am-10pm. Concierge have been cut from The Stile. Two water leaks when moving in. Dishwasher and washing machines not fitted properly. Doors haven't been put on properly. Avoid this development please
Lot of changes going on
I was shown a flat here by some lovely people from Reside Manchester. The building is looking very high end and sleek and the amenities are wonderful. Being next to a natural green area is also a big plus.
Great show apartment set in a beautiful location! Right next to the park with lots of pop-up events!
Great upcoming corner of the city, with some wonderful show apartments right on the doorstep of one of Manchester's only green spaces! I always keep an eye out for their outdoor yoga events and street food pop-ups.
Lovely show apartment in the MeadowSide marketing suite, such a great location by the park and they put on loads of cool events like Bite street food and free yoga!
