   Excellent centre. Various cars on display with the descriptions and everything you need to know about the car. Staff are very friendly. Receptionist is the first person you see when coming in to the centre. Always smiling and greating customers and always on hand when you need to ask a question. Staff at the order parts are also great, always willing to go that extra mile. The centre is always clean and tidy. The mobility mangers side was also very nice, came down to speak to us personally and gave us all the information we required and more. Very helpful. Overall everyone was welcoming. Keep up the good work. Have nice seating area with tables so you can take time to yourself and make a choice on the cars or parts you need to buy over a cup of coffee and biscuit which is provided. Thank you all see you next time.

   Jacob at service centre really helpful. Neil the warranty manager checked my car without appointment to save be driving back a long distance. Jacob also took my details so I could get to my next appointment on time and did admin afterwards. Highly recommended.

   Had an issue with my washer jets. When I went to collect my car I had a minor issue which Kacper had it rectified within 10 minutes Fantastic customer service from him. Highly recommend 5 stars from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   Had an egr recall for an eml light which worked for 8 months before the problem came back, told them about it and they charged me over £300 for work that was unnecessary and didn’t fix the problem despite being told it would. Called them to say it didn’t work and it’s the egr still I got told they’d redo the recall, they didn’t and now I’ve still got the problem and I’m out of pocket on unnecessary work.
