   Mechanic who does not know the work he is doing, charges for additional costs. When replacing the exhaust system, use ordinary silicone to seal the joints. They check the status of the engine oil, they ensure that the car will run on it for a long time, however, after a visit to a specialist mechanic, the oil was suitable for immediate replacement, black and reworked. Cause serious engine damage. A few people I know well also mention that this man is asking for costs and exposes them very often. I do not recommend and warn against this self-proclaimed mechanic.

   Was charged over £200 for a replacement fuel pump . Which lasted 1 year and 1 month which wasn't even a complete unit. . Tried to find out if it was still under warranty and heard nothing . Not even a message . Ended up buying a new fuel pump and sender unit complete which they did not fit over a year ago . For £87 and fitted myself

   Good quality service provided. Had my car serviced here few months ago due to water leak. Pump has been replaced all done. After that vw service told me water pump needs replacing ( there were some signs of leaking fluid underneath, therefore they advised for water pump servicing ). Took my car back to Pro Carex after appointment booked in. They've stripped car down and showed pump to me. Pump has been just like brand new without any signs of leak whatsoever. All done on guarantee. Thank you guys for top notch service. Highly recommended
