Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The service felt rushed, and my concerns about the style weren’t listened to. I left unhappy with the result. I can’t recommend this salon based on my visit.
I had an amazing experience in this salon. I highly recommend it. I went for my hair colour. The owner of salon was v professional n made me feel v comfortable. She explained everything before starting hair color. The application was done v professionaly and I m absolutely in love with the end result of my hair color.It's my third time in the salon. Each n Every time I went to salon, I always got the result what I wanted for my hair.
Awful attitude on the phone. Asked me “why I don’t go back to the salon I used” when I was asking a few questions about my daughters hair, to which I replied it’s too far. Talk about being welcoming to new customers. Slammed the phone down as I was speaking. Glad I didn’t make an appointment.

Another great experience had my colour and extensions Nothing beats the time and kindness that bonnie the manager puts in The constant hospitality along with great conversation especially detailed explanation on what’s with happening with my hair Sometimes I’m not quite realistic what I want with my hair but bonnie gets me there So glad introduced my daughter’s and friends all agree with me Not to mention her great prices
Avoid at all cost. Went in for root highlights and toner touch up. Walked in with blonde hair, walked out with orange brassy hair. Completely ruined my hair and said it’s not her fault, I’ve been getting my hair done for a very long time this has never happened before at other salons. Charged me full price. Called her back the next day to fix my hair for me she started shouting over the phone and wouldn’t take accountability of destroying my hair. As a professional she should’ve listened to the customer but she can’t take it when someone tells her you’ve done something wrong. When I asked for a refund she cut me off and wouldn’t answer the phone. My hair is destroyed, now I need to go elsewhere pay extra to get my hair fixed. Scalp has gone all dry and my hair is damaged! Avoid at all costs! Dog was also roaming around even though I told her I have a fear but she just kept saying don’t talk. Overall bad experience!
