I’ve been getting my hair done here for the last 3 years by Tyler and I have always been so happy with my hair, Tyler always gives me exactly what I want and my hair is perfect every time, The salon is absolutely beautiful, I highly recommend anyone coming to this salon as you won’t be disappointed! A huge thank you to Kimono!! After having my appointment cancelled by another salon on Christmas Eve, Kimono managed to fit me in. Tyler was absolutely amazing. Always a pleasant atmosphere, clients made to feel welcome and my hair looked/felt fab❤️
A couple months earlier (may specifically) I got my hair done.It was amazing. I got a Skunk bleached butterfly cut for about 5-7 to seven hours straight the man doing my hair measured were he would bleach it bleached it perfectly and now my roots have grown out they perfect blending into my natural hair.Thank you for taking your time with my hair and fitting me in just before my birthday,I will be going back in the future.
Came in for a quick haircut. After a thorough consultation the end result wasn't what I had in mind. An not "unhappy" with the result my hairstyle hasn't been ruined so I can't complain too much. But the haircut isn't my style. The young man cutting my hair was very friendly and talkative. Overall a good experience for what was a quick cut.
I had a colour correction with Jo yesterday and she was fantastic. I don’t think I will ever use another salon ever again now. They are stuck with me! Thanks so much to all of you for sorting me out at such short notice :)
Roman my shining hero, saved the day for me and for that i will be eternally grateful, I was let down by my hairdresser from another salon and I was due to have my christmas and holiday ruined, went to Kimono and they was just going to close due to it being christmas eve, the owner Robin said that he was leaving and asked if Roman would mind helping me out and without any hesitation he came to the rescue. I was looked after like it was not a problem and felt like a princess when I left, this is customer service platinum level. THANK YOU for saving my christmas and my holiday as my husband would refuse to sit next to me on a flight looking like I did x x :)
Robin always does a fantasic job highlighting my hair and it stays so healthy between visits despite how blonde I like it. The salon is a lovely atmosphere and the staff are all so friendly and accommodating.
Fantastic even my husband said my hair looked really nice. Very unusual. Have used kimono for a long time but styles move with up to date times.Young blood coming through Jo and Robs sons lovely pleasant young men. Not a chore a relaxing time for me. Thanks Jo.
On 9 July 2021, I donated 19 inches of my hair to a charity. The lead up to the big chop I spoke with Rob at the salon about getting my hair in the condition required by the charity. Rob listened attentively to my needs. He was very honest with what would work with my hair and threw some suggestions. I felt at ease being in Rob's hands as my main priority was donating minimum 16 inches. At my first visit Rob kindly provided free treatments to help with the condition. At my second visit Rob and his team all got involved with cutting and filming the big chop. Rob kindly gave me the hair cut for free and suggested the payment to be made to the charity. This was extremely kind of Rob and his team especially during the pandemic. Thank you all for your support and generosity.
