Alex did an incredible job on my hair, I was hesistant because never done balayage before. Glad I did it. I’m honestly obsessed with the result. The attention to detail, the way he listened to what I wanted, and the skill he put into every step really showed. My hair looks fresh, healthy, and styled even better than I imagined. On top of that, Alex is super friendly and made the whole appointment feel comfortable and enjoyable. I walked out feeling confident and refreshed.
Absolutely spoilt from the moment I stepped in. Great consultation with Alex for my balayage and Ellie totally gave me the cut and style I was after. Beautiful salon with massage chair and latte which is a bonus. Will be a regular and my only regret is not to have come sooner.

Great service from the moment I walked in! Friendly welcome at the reception, been offered a hot/cold drink. At the beginning of the appointment my hairstylist discussed the whole process with me, showed me different options and advised on suitable treatment and hair style (exactly what I needed as wasn’t sure what would be the best due to the condition of my hair). During the process she kept checking on me and making sure I’m comfortable. Absolutely loved the look at the end and will definitely be returning!
What a lovely salon, staff are friendly and professional. Caitlin has cut and coloured my hair a few times now and she always knows what I want. Superb - wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Booked in with the manager for cut and blow-dry.Haircut was ok, but when I went to use ladies after i couldn't fit in the toilet!! I'm small but NO WHEELCHAIR ACCESS at all..toilets tiny! Manager told me the toilet was accessible and she spoke to me in my wheelchair? No heating either, I was freezing. At these prices you expect basic toilet access and heating! Unpleasant experience.
